the opinions clearly state that through the establishment and improvement of the "double exposure" mechanism with "exposure services and income and expenditure" as the main content, the property management related matters that should be publicized according to law should be "exposed to the sun". the forms and carriers of publicity are rich and diversified, standardized and efficient; the relevant subjects of property management have a full and symmetrical understanding of the key information of property services; the owners' right to know, participate and supervise are fully guaranteed, and the supervision of property services is orderly, tangible and effective. constantly enhance the owners' sense of achievement, happiness and sense of security.

by the end of 2022, a total of part of the operating income income and expenditure, the income and expenditure of the remuneration-based property service funds, and the key links of the property service under the contract system will be fully open and transparent. The system of "two supervisors and one meeting" has basically taken shape. "Warm heart and do practical things" has become a common practice with obvious results. If the property service contract stipulates that the annual budget and final accounts of the property service funds and the income and expenditure of the property service funds shall be audited, it shall be disclosed to the owner within 7 days after the audit report is issued.

(III) lump-sum expenses "classified".

Regularly organize and hold "property affairs communication meetings", invite representatives of the owners and community committees to participate, and the person in charge of the property project and members of the industry committee report the development of property services and the work of the industry committee to the owners respectively, the owner's obligation supervisor shall report the supervision situation and listen to the owner's opinions on the property affairs.
